As part of the Giza Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology's commitment to continuously developing its administrative system and improving its efficiency, Prof. Dr. Amir Mohamed Mubashir, Dean of the Institute, held a new meeting with members of the administrative staff to follow up on the implementation of quality plans and enhance the departments' readiness for institutional and program accreditation requirements.
During the meeting, the Dean discussed the progress made by the departments in implementing the previously agreed procedures, with a focus on improving workflows and developing tools used to document administrative processes in accordance with quality standards. Some of the challenges facing the departments were also reviewed, and practical solutions were proposed to overcome them and ensure improved performance.
The meeting witnessed an effective exchange of views among the attendees, reflecting the administrative body's commitment to supporting the development efforts carried out by the institute.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the Institute thanked the staff for their continued cooperation, emphasizing that improving administrative performance is a fundamental pillar in achieving academic accreditation and upgrading the level of services provided within the Institute.
