As part of efforts to promote social responsibility among academic institutions and in support of the government’s efforts to educate young people and foster community development, the Giza Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Egyptian Organization for the Defense of Human Rights, with the aim of launching a comprehensive package of development and awareness-raising initiatives.
Dr. Sabri Mahmoud Hassan, Chairman of the Institute’s Board of Directors, and Prof. Dr. Amir Mohamed Mubashir, Dean of the Institute, a high-level delegation from the Egyptian Organization for the Defense of Human Rights, headed by Mr. Jamal Al-Najjar, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and attended by Eng. Mohamed Saad Al-Noushi, Secretary-General of the Board. The meeting was marked by a positive atmosphere reflecting the depth of the partnership between the two parties.
The signed protocol includes a joint work strategy based on several key pillars aimed at serving the community and building the capacities of young people.
At the conclusion of the visit, the administration of the Giza Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to the delegation from the Egyptian Organization for the Defense of Human Rights, praising this constructive cooperation that opens new horizons for serving the nation and society.
