Based on the keenness of the administration of the Giza Higher Institute of Engineering to continuously follow up on the educational process and develop its system, the institute held the third meeting of the Academic Council, chaired by Prof. Dr. Amir Mohamed Mubashir, Dean of the Institute, and attended by the Vice Dean, department heads, and the Secretary General for Educational Affairs.
The Dean of the Institute opened the meeting by welcoming the attendees, emphasizing that the regular convening of the Academic Council reflects the Institute's commitment to enhancing academic quality, developing educational programs, and improving the efficiency of the educational process in line with accreditation standards.
During the meeting, the Council discussed a number of important topics, most notably: Following up on the educational process during the semester, evaluating the performance of academic departments and laboratories, following up on the regularity of faculty and support staff, assessing the readiness of exams and academic programs, and discussing ways to support student activities and improve the learning environment within the institute.
At the end of the meeting, Prof. Amir Mohamed Mubashir emphasized the institute's administration's keenness to implement the recommendations issued by the Academic Council and to continue developing academic and administrative performance in a way that serves the interests of students and enhances the institute's standing.
